  i informed the seller through 4 emails to take back the item as the item is not use full to me and return back the money , but the seller did not sent me the return postage paid package as in the order to send it back but returned the money I can not use item as the pin is not suitable with my computer and when we can not use it, the seller should take back the item. The seller should maintain all classes as in the ad and I do not think every customer wants to keep the money and the item
