  I got the chain few days ago and the purchase was ok delivered well packed and everything was ok but the chain is too short, so I contact the seller 2 times to return it because the chain didn’t fit the length I wanted it to be, and I received no answer!! And i tried to return it but the return was 1/3 the amount of money that i paid!!! WORST COMMUNICATION ever. Do not recommend him. If u aren’t sure about the purchase, DO NOT BUY! U will receive no answer.

  What the buyer did not mention is that they opened a return for the chain which I immediately approved but then they themselves closed the return. As a seller, I am unable to close an approved return. Only the buyer can do that. Also, I am not sure why she would purchase a 16" necklace if it is too small for her. The size is clearly posted???
