  As described, packed with care, and seller communication was professional. However, I paid for it the Friday before Memorial Day. It didn’t actually ship until the following Tuesday & sat at local USPS for 5 days. I asked seller if I could return it as I could no longer wait for it. They complied, but it would cost me more than I paid for it to return it. I received it 13 days after I paid for it. While seller has no control over USPS, this was a very slow & disappointing transaction.

  I had an issue with the product that was beyond the seller's control, it was damaged in shipping. The next day he had shipped a replacement. Other than the damaged section, it was exactly as described. He worked with me to resolve the problem and I am completely satisfied with how he handled everything. The great sellers on eBay solve problems even when they are not their fault. I will buy my next computer from this seller when it is time.

  Camera came as described & shown, the packaging was EXTREMELY well as well as shipping! Although the seller could’ve had a better response time. The price was very fair for the quality of the camera I received. Definitely worth the money, and I feel I got a great deal. I would purchase from this seller again if the opportunity came up.
