Though I still a little unhappy about the issue, I accepted the seller’s apology and still leave a positive feedback. He takes his responsibility and refund me the extra 100 usd I paid and the shipping fee + import tax of the tube. The way he deals the issue worth a positive feedback. However, I really don’t want this happen again.
