  I was kind of skeptical if they would be real apple products but they definitely are. The box was open but the AirPods seem to be brand new . Plus they came a week earlier than expected . I am very pleased.

  The product arrived late. I understand that this sometimes less of the seller and more of the carrier fault. However I did not receive communication from the seller when I sent a message to inform the shipment was late. Product is overall good. Seller communication not so much.

  The quality is good in the condition was new however, when I receive the Apple pen in the sealed box and opened it and then went to connect to my iPad, it didn’t work when I plugged in my old pencil when I found it it worked if it had worked, the value would’ve been worth the money and the appearance was good so I am returning this item and they are giving me a full refund Which I appreciate very much no hassles
