  Item came as described by seller, good communication and friendly. The external box appeared like it was used as a football by the handlers, but the seller packed the item very well so it was not damaged at all and this is not the sellers fault in any way. I would recommend this seller.

  The item was identified as used, but it looks brand new! Very well taken care of, and well worth the cost. My great-granddaughter will absolutely LOVE it!
