  The seller did an outstanding job of communicating and troubleshooting unforseen international shipping issues. The original method suspended services to the destination after postage, and the seller promptly reattempted with a new carrier. Despite the unknowns, arrival was still timely. The item was in excellent condition (as described) and well-packaged for a long trip. The album was a difficult-to-find item, and I appreciate the seller's value, transparency, and world-class customer service!

  Unfortunately, I didn't receive this item because of an error on the shipping company's part, but wanted to leave feedback because the seller was so responsive and helpful. As soon as I sent a message about it taking far too long to arrive, the seller immediately investigated and kept me updated on the situation. They ended up giving me a full refund and were genuinely apologetic about what had happened. It was unexpectedly great customer service in a tough situation!
