  Arrived within the given delivery window. Quality is as expected. This is a new item & arrived well packed. The runner is just the pattern & colour I wanted. This was not as cheap as other runners, but is a more specific size, so was worth the extra paid.

  There was a problem with Evri deliveries as the item went to the wrong depot. Not the sellers fault. The shelf is brilliant and the seller is always excellent. Great communication. Great value and postage. Condition 100% and it looks great with glass Caithness paperweights. Many thanks.

  Would not recommend this seller. The bookcase arrived late and then when received was much darker than shown in the photos. When I requested a return under 'not as pictured/described,' the seller was rude and refused to take responsibility for the misleading listing, instead blaming me for selecting the wrong return reason. Their dismissive attitude made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Poor customer service and no accountability. Buyers beware. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
