  Doll was very well packaged, and condition was as described, EXCEPT, that the size was wrong. Seller had it listed as a 14” doll, but she is actually over 20”. Seller was great with communication—offered a complete refund. I decided to keep the doll, as she is really beautiful, and am now incorporating her into my collection. I appreciated how the seller offered a return with no issue. Also, shipping costs were extremely reasonable. Thanks!

  Exactly what I wanted. Very well packaged and relatively fast shipping despite USPS screwing things up as usual. As described and good value for cost.
