  Very good price for a new Sonic Philips 5100 in excellent condition! This is my 2nd one! I recommend using only GENUINE Philips head brush heads. Over the years, the metal shaft pulled up from more tug with the generic brush heads. the motor was still going strong after close to 10 yrs!

  Item received and operational. Great communication from seller. Box was damaged some in shipping but product was fine. Seller offered to return it but since the product was fine I decided to keep it.

  Customer left feedback without messaging me giving me a chance to fix the problem! Messaged customer as soon as I seen feedback offering a FREE return and we would get them the right one, but they had already used the product and threw away the package.
