    This NMBC Vampire Teddy nutcracker is absolutely as described and pictured. It was packed with TLC, shipped and received within a week.     This is one of my favorite stores on eBay. The owners are warm & willing to work with you. They accepted an offer I gave them & so I kept buying. The more you buy, the more you save! Then I saved on shipping it all together! I will definitely be coming back! Everything was just as described & the shipping was was fast & packed well. I got great value for my $!!

    I had a great experience with this seller though my item arrived broken beyond repair. My item was wrapped extremely well, in bubble wrap, a box that was placed in another box stuffed with paper. The outer box was torn open in several places exposing the paper stuffing inside and the box appeared crushed by heavier boxes. When I contacted the seller and sent photos, they sent me a refund a few hours later. Totally recommend this seller as their customer service was the best. Will shop here again
