  Condition of packaging are as in photo's slight peeling of color on sealed area back of packets also have little rips or some sort of processing mark. Value/proce was reasonably good. Seller happy to discuss offer pricing. Items arrived very well packed first in a sealed envelope then in another padded envelope. packets are over 30 years old and are for display with my collection I am very happy with the seller and transaction.
