  The product was exactly what we needed anf we were so grateful for that. However, just trying to notify the seller that we live in a rural area and that we had to have the address to look a specific way was actually a nightmare. He assumed we wanted to request for the part to be sent a specific way, when that was absolutely not the case. I tried to explain that living in a National Forest USPS is very particular, he acted like he didn't care.

  Our GE repair guy said our washer board and the dryer boards were no good. So we found this board at a great price, new in all ways an original GE part no defects in appearance, a solid replacement perfect fit. But the dryer still did not power on, the repair guy was wrong so I'm learning how to diagnose the issue and will look for any part needed from this seller first. Fast shipping well packed, thank you.

  This GE part works perfectly like new condition. The price cant be beat, it was shipped fast with tracking, well packed so it looks like a brand new item, no cracks, scrapes, or broken plastic. The repair guy we had said without doing much diagnostics that the board we had was bad. Can't find many, and some are too much for a 6 year old machine these days. I also bought the control board for our dryer which did not work. Very happy with this seller and the items.
