    Shipping was delayed, lost, then found. Other than shipping mishap, seller communicated well in a timely fashion to assist on looking for the package through USPS. Item is perfect, works well, exactly as described. This item goes along with the "boy" bunny that we have. Price for item was a tad more than what I wanted to spend and the shipping cost was overboard in my opinion but packaging was great.
