  I'm surprised by your feedback. The description clearly stated the item was altered that’s part of what made it unique. You received it on March 7th, but now this? It feels less about the item and more about not getting the reply you wanted. We’re a small business and work hard to treat every customer right. If there’s an issue, we’re open to communication—but negative feedback without that feels unfair.
