All our computers are upgraded as needed to ensure they have the power required for modern computing, with at least 8GB RAM and at least 240GB storage on a solid-state drive [does not apply to computers marked as "vintage" or "for parts"].
All our computers are thoroughly cleaned, fully tested, and carefully packaged.
Many of our computers can be customized. If you want to upgrade or downgrade the memory or storage of a computer, or would prefer a different operating system, please get in touch!
We are committed to a vision of ensuring that functional computers and parts should not go to waste. When we perform upgrades, any working old parts are either used in other devices or sold through our store. Parts that are not functional are recycled if they can be; e-waste is an absolute last resort for parts that are not functional and cannot be recycled.

It took a while for the package to arrive, but that's more on my apartment and USPS, I received the tracking information very quickly. Overall, I can see myself getting a lot out of this laptop and it was very much worth the price, despite how old an X230 might seem now.
