  There was a crazy mixup somewhere on items shipped and UPS took to wrrong address, BUT seller was absolutley EXCELLENT in how they handled it. Communication was fast, taken seriously, did everything they could to locate a replacement and when one could not be found promptly refunded $$ in full. You do enough biz here on ebay you are gonna have a dangit expierience. This seller could not have done more on their part to make it right. I will be back!

  It is important to note that this BIBLE is not THE “Easy to Read Version” translated by the World Bible Translation Center and published by Baker Publishing Company in 1987. I rate this provider five stars because the first time I asked to return the item, the seller offered to provide a return label. The seller proposed absolutely no argument when I asked to return the item. That is outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to buy from this seller in the future.
