I contacted the seller with my concerns since the hairdryer was listed as new. The hairdryer also had a burning smell when I turned it on. They replied quickly and apologized, sending another hairdryer promptly. They stand by their sales and I would buy from them again for that reason. Shipping was quick.

Shipping was also very fast. I bought this figure from Total.Liquidators because they are a clearing house for Target Stores overstock so I could be certain the item is not a knockoff and it would be in mint condition.
