  I purchased this item as described as a size 9.5. I received two different size shoes, one a size 9 and one a 9.5. When contacting the seller they implied it was impossible, as if was lying. They were Zero help. Had to contact EBay and would not recommend this seller and will not buy from again.

  Hi there and am sorry for what happened but am still saying it is impossible. Thanks for your business and actually as you can see I have a lot of positive reviews and if buyers have issues they contact me with their problems and we solve it together. You actually threatend me to contact eBay when I asked to send pictures, when this is my right to see the issue so I can solve and then I answered it is up to you to contact them, you didn't even wait for me to resolve the issue, Thanks again ;)
