No matter how well the item was packaged, with the hassle of shipping, the glue bonds between the individual parts released. The item itself was NOT broken. Buyer wanted to keep because of rarity, and asked for a price adjustment. I sent her $8.50, 1/3 of the $25 she paid for the 3 piece set and told her she could simply glue the parts together + keep the item. Exactly what she asked. Why the neutral feedback?
