  It was mostly as described, but one of the straps in the interior was broken, but I'll easily be able to fix it. I definitely did not expect it to be as big as it was, but it's fine. It was a little more pricy than I thought it should have been, but that's fine since it was one of the more affordable options of its kind. All that really matters is that it works.

  I purchased this exact alarm for my daughter some time ago and after 5 years, it still worked with the same battery installed. That alarm sounded in her basement warning her of a leak in the bottom of the hot water tank which could eventually burst and cause thousands of dollars in damage, destroying a heating unit, frig, washing machine etc which were in the basement. These alarms are insurance at no cost and that is the reason to make additional purchases.
