  The seller was polite and communicated well. I was very interested in purchasing the Certina watch, but the shipping timeframe was much longer than I expected. Although the seller initially promised to send it quickly, in the end they suggested a refund instead, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was neutral, but I was a bit let down by the delay.

  Although the shipping time is not over yet, he wanted to deliver during the Independence Day holiday, which I could not do. And I refunded him, the fact that the buyer is so difficult that he does not even listen to the explanation, for me, a neutral feedback is really not worth it.

  I am very happy with the quality of my watch as described in the listing. It was shipped promptly and it arrived in a zippered watch case that was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. The seller is located in Ukraine and while I do mot know the seller’s personal circumstances, I do know Ukraine is currently at war and I assume many challenges had to be met in order to conduct our transaction. I wish the seller my best and fully endorse him to other prospective customers.
