  Item arrived on time, well packaged, but it was cracked and missing pieces; rendering it unusable and needing to be returned. The inconvenience of receiving something so utterly decimated and having to drive 10 miles to the nearest UPS drop off was costly in terms of time and gas. Not a good experience. Refund was given in full, so at least there was that.
