    We couldn’t provide the photo of the serial on the box you asked for because the drone was already packed; however, we did provide the serial number, which we always track accurately. To support you, we recreated the label image to help, yet you still complained. Please note we are not responsible for your country’s customs requirements. We always assist within reasonable limits. Kindly review your feedback and check your local regulations next time. Saudi Arabia has strict limitations on drones
