  The price and quality was good and in new condition. unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. The seller was very understanding and refunded me my money without any issues. I would definitely purchase from them again. Great customer service.

  received something other than what was pictured. the seller says what we received is an alternate version that is better. thing is it looks like was put together by hand (one of them not put together well btw) with pieces bought at a place like radio shack but it worked and was very expensive for 2 of them plus high shipping which is likely not the sellers doing. all in all we have a working device and the seller made a good profi it seems.

  Offered to exchange to the original plastic medium duty (which are assembled the same way) explained to the buyer that we have a 30 day money back or replacement guarantee and if the buyer would like he could try the item since being a 16 year Vitamix repairman he we see the HD metal switches are much better, have a lifetime guarantee, which he did and he said they worked exactly like we stated they would. After we sent the message the buyer went quiet, until this feedback was left. I'm stumped
