  The 3DS is in great condition- better than expected. The seller was very polite and communicative and shipped quickly- the item was packaged adequately (I enjoyed getting a page of Tokyo newspaper!). I appreciated that they warned me about the Import Duty after I had made the purchase and gave me the option to cancel my purchase if I wasn't aware of the customs fee- it was very considerate. I would order from them again. Thank you Viva-Japan!

  A great digital audio player featuring Sony's proprietary operating system (non Android). The item came well packaged and the condition was as described. The player language was in Japanese but a small program can change this easily and quickly without harming the device (search for 'SonyNWDestTool'). The seller thoughtfully included printed English instructions from Sony. I would recommend this seller as they were attentive to any questions I had and the item was sent quickly.

  Quality was as described; it came in good condition. No accessories came with it, which I don't mind (as I didn't need any), although this was a little unclear in the listing. The item was shipped very quickly, I did have some issues with FedEx - although this is not the sellers fault! Packaging was secure and sturdy, no worries about the item breaking. All in all, the item was sent out quickly and came as described. It works and looks great! Thank you :-)

  I have too many good things to say about Viva Japan. I have purchased 2 items from him on separate occasions. Both times, the items arrived 2-3 days after purchase, all the way from Japan. And the items always look brand new. The way the items are packaged is more like art. Very precise bubble wrapping inside a Japanese box. It is clear that this seller cares about the items being shipped out. I always smile when I unbox an item from this seller. I can't recommend him enough
