  Item that was delivered did not match the description in the sellers eBay ad and would not fit my furnace. Seller admitted there was an inadvertent error in the listing and promptly approved a return for this item. My payment method was credited with the return within 1 day of seller's receipt of the item. This seller was certainly professional in their business conduct and deserves 5 stars.

  A bit pricey, but unlike some other sites, this seller clearly posted the model number that told me this was exactly the replacement freezer flap for my Magic Chef small refrigerator. A bit over- packaged but no chance of damage in shipping! Arrived directly with notices along the way and is perfect. Would use this seller again.

  After receiving and unpackaging the product, I noticed it was slightly damaged, based on packaging it was not the fault of the seller. I reached out to them to see how they wanted to resolve it. They went above and beyond to fix my problem! The associate on chat was polite and very quick with responses. At the end of the day my kids have a working toilet again and I have a new trusted source for mechanical/plumbing supplies!

  Item was as-described and shipped fast. Packaging was adequate as it's a pretty sturdy plastic before it spends a couple decades in direct sunlight. Much cheaper to buy this than a whole new filter.
