Hard to believe that someone would ship a motherboard with a cpu attached to standard easy clip heatsink in a motherboard and expect it arrive undamaged. The cpu is an older generation with protruding gold cpu pins many many which were damaged during shipping. This is not the postal services/couriers fault. This is the seller for the way they packaged with the board and components not separated and individually wrapped. The ram is slotted in the board also. I have pictures of the damage.
