  Very poor choice of protective packaging (a padded envelope) led to model aircraft kit box being crushed flat in transit and ran substantial risk of the kit being damaged. Only through sheer luck did the kit arrive intact. It is customary to ship such kits in a box to avoid damage claims and refunds. This seller chose not to do that, also declined to give buyers option to pay a bit more for a proper job of shipping the goods. I will not buy from this seller again.

  Nice looking figure. Unfortunately, it took forever to get here. USPS shipped it back and forth between distribution centers for two weeks. I can't blame you, the seller, for this. However, you may want to consider boxing your products rather than sending them in a lightly padded envelope. You never know how many stops it may take before gets to it's intended destination. Hopefully, the figure will stand up straight again, after it's long arduous journey.
