Vtwinparts2015, known primarily as Factory Products, is a business located in southern Ontario. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays.

We are striving to be the web's source for new and used Harley-Davidson parts and accessories, as well as aftermarket parts from brands such as Drag Specialties and Ultima.

Our goal is simple: supply our customers with the perfect parts they need, shipped fast and reliably, with friendly and helpful customer service.     Well it's missing the two head O-rings, when I contacted the seller he told me I didn't know what I was talking about but was in the kid is what you get I mentioned that it says complete this isn't complete he pretty much told me not his problem he's just the the seller so needless to say I'm very disappointed I can't do what I got to do with only these gaskets I need the two head O-rings that are supposed to be with. So complete is not always correct

    Our response none of what this person is saying is correct. Even check our listing we have all pictures and notes of what gaskets are in the kit. We opened up a kit and found the o-rings you claim to be missing (cylinder to case, fits 88" and 100" RevTech Gen 1 and 2 engines). Here is an attached picture of them, which indeed are in a sealed bag inside the kit we sold you. You can even see them in our listing pictures. We tried to work with the buyer. when they are rude it makes it hard.
