  The seller shipped the item as advertised and USPS misplaced the item after receiving it. The seller was apologetic and quickly refunded my payment.

  Item that the seller is selling is a counterfit Dyson product and not a "Genuine" Dyson item like stated in the sellerdescription and shown in stock photos that the seller listed. Photos that I took, attached here, show a genuine Dyson accesory clip on the left (that I already had) and the counterfit item that the seller is selling a "Genuine." Stay away from this seller. They are a fraud.

As I have already mentioned, we sell only genuine products and have done so for years, with all our satisfied customers confirming this. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I offered you a free return shipping label. Feedback like yours is often left by individuals attempting to abuse sellers and receive free items.
