  I contacted seller as item arrived broken! Though it was bubble wrapped the box was old & thin. Seller told me to get with shipping company or PayPal. Offered .00 compensation!! Tip of tail was damaged before being shipped! (No piece of color found in box or bubble wrap.)

  Hello, the listing stated the tail was broken in both photos and descriptions, you were made aware of this, I waited for your response to help figure this issue out and even offered resolutions to go after on your end. For future purchases please read descriptions and dont ignore a seller attempting to resolve the issue with you, as this feedback is misleading I will be reporting this matter to ebay for review.
