  The order was shipped promptly, packed well and arrived in a in good condition. The order was basically as described and value priced. The crystal and the case contained several scratches and scars, but the overall appearance and condition were acceptable.

  I made two large orders and loved everything; shipping was very fast. When I had to cancel my second order due to using the wrong address, I informed the seller and said I’d resend the same offer. However, the seller blocked me from sending offers on any items—even at the same price I previously paid. I reached out for an explanation but never heard back. Then I was informed the seller reported me. This unprofessional behavior left a bad taste, and I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
