The EXP elite 70-90 pound expansion was brand new and packaged in original factory box with adequate styrofoam inserts to protect it. So it arrived without scratches or dings. Everything fit my existing Powerblocks dumbbells exactly as it should. This was an excellent price for original factory quality and appearance.
