From an early age I have been collecting watches. I have a particular interest in Invicta because of their value for money. Like all brands Invicta has it's standout models and some we would like to forget. By being able to massage into place correct model numbers from certain series of Invicta products you are able to obtain a watch with a high pedigree movement, impeccable case construction, water resistance and overall fit and finish. It is a rare thing in the watch world to be able to find these attributes in timepieces costing less than a new car.
I purchase watches from around the world finding pieces that fill my criteria. A big player in the changing face of the watch industry at the moment is the Swiss Company ETA who has stopped supply of movements to many watchmakers. How this will play out in the longer term and the affect on Invicta will be quite interesting. Limited numbers of New Old stock can still be had but they are getting harder to find.

    Super fast processing and delivery. Whilst I really like the case of the watch (very much the Subaqua style), I do not like the movement so much (the second hand does not align well with the second/minute markers - see the first image). The band was not as high quality either - the second image shows the 'original' band (on the right, model 80492) - with individual links; the ProDiver (on the left) has stamped links.

    My experience is all of the above. My watch came from Australia, and wasn't due till the 9th of June, it's the 3rd of June. That was the fastest shipping yet. Above and beyond service. Thanks
