    Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered due to a mix up when posting the parcel. However contacted them, very responsive and sorted out the return and refunded immediately after I posted the incorrect item back. Mistakes happen unfortunately but the service and response after has been excellent.

    The seller sent the item quickly, it was well packed, communication was good and quick. I had an issue with a bought item that was not working as expected, though it looked like it was working the battery was faulty and not easily changed without possible damage. they refunded the purchase price. i would definitely recommend the seller, and i will buy from them again.
