  Seller shipped it out quick and it was very well packaged. It was exactly as described and a great value! The entire flatware set was very shiny, better than the pictures could even show.   Packaging did not provide enough protection. Two of the coffee cup saucers arrived broken. They were on the very bottom of the box. I uploaded three photos, this was disappointing. The other pieces are fine & the quality of these dishes is very good, look like new. One of the bowls still has the original Royal Doulton sticker on it. Overall, this purchase was a good value, I just hope the seller can fix this issue & send me two replacement saucers. Thank you.
