    The item was received as described; brand new in an unopened box. Came with all the appropriate paperwork, step caps, and valve stems. The wheels weighed in at 19.45 ± 0.05 lbs, which is on par with what I expected. I also ordered a set of center caps on their website and had the same experience. Will be happy to shop with them again
