Why White Squirrel? We've been in the library and book distribution business for over 20 years, so we know books and media! We're nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina and take pride in our service. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

But really, why the name "White Squirrel Books"? In our neck of the woods, near Brevard, North Carolina, we are home to a special squirrel: the white squirrel! They are not albino squirrels, as they have dark eyes and long lives, but they are certainly a unique animal!

    Watching some old ads from youtube helped me discover this item. When I saw how much it was listed for, I swung into swashbuckling action. Zorro: The Gay Blade! What a title? I love the old Disney Zorro films. One of which is called Zorro: The Gay Cabellero meaning Zorro, the light heart hearted gentleman. The way Zorro reacts (in the ad) when his brother insists on being called "The Gay Blade" made me laugh so hard.
