  DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER The package wasn’t sent out, or eBay updated and the seller, when they finally replied to requests, kept insisting it was on the way, that Royal Mail hadn’t provided a tracking. Then they promised a partial refund, then they said the tracking told them it was on the way, then it was being delivered on one day, then the next. And so on. Lie after lie even after I asked for a full refund. It’s been an appalling experience. Worst experience I’ve had using eBay.

  So sorry for the terrible experience you had with us, there was an issue with the shipping provider which delayed the delivery time, multiple times. Enjoy your item.

  The condition the item arrived in was unsatisfactory. The box was pierced and damaged, the postage packaging was unscathed, so this wasn't something that happend in transit. The damage was obvious so the seller has sent the item out in full knowledge of the condition of the item. They have not offered to replace, refund or even a partial discount.

  This item has not arrived, i contacted them asking them to either refund my money or give me an update on my delivery, they replied saying item is on its way but thus far it has not, bad communication from them as they kept kept on moving the delivery time without contacting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !!!!, they have not even refunded my money, absolutely rip off!!!!

  Ordered a wheel in plenty of time & had to chase the seller many times… very slow to respond with messages ( we are all busy working) but I always manage to respond promptly. The wheel never turned up even though it was marked as delivered 🤷🏼‍♂️ Apparently sent to the wrong address, then it was sent back to the wrong address (not the seller) 🤷🏼‍♂️ The entire transaction was horrendous with the only good outcome being a refund.
