The item has been professionality tested, cleaned and boxed. It also has been de managed/provisioned and reset with a fresh copy of windows 10 installed. It is a lower end tablet so you do have to manage performance expectations as well. It represents a great value at $75 delivered with charger and ready to go out of the box!
