  Received remote promptly. Opened box and had to remove old glue from a prior sticker , carefully clean and disinfect the unit. Installed brand new DuraCell batteries, followed Bose instruction manual on pairing and set up. .. nothing worked. Talked to Bose tech support and did a run-through with them. Their conclusion was that the remote was defective. They offered to repair it (for a price)… but I’m chalking this up to a rip- off. When I thinking now-why would anyone want to sell just a remote?
