    Phone arrived broken (crushed) as seller uses zero protection shipping by using only a thin paper bag instead of a box like most phone sellers. However, there was no problem returning, and the refund was fast. Contacting the seller was blocked, so no other resolution was possible.

    The seller send me the wrong 'used' item, dusty rusty junk parts of the PC case. The seller described as new opened box. They did not send me the replacement or the parts return. Rather forced to me to compromise by some discount. It is just an imposition of the seller's convenience not of me. Their advertisement is fake. They will send you used junk.Don't trust this seller.

    Your order total was $43, yet you requested $79.89, which is well above what you paid. The incorrect part was sent due to a part number mix-up — a used item was shipped instead of the new one. As this was an international order, a return was not practical, so we issued you a full refund of the amount you paid. Requesting more than the order total is unreasonable and an attempt to misuse our business.
