We ship daily, Monday through Friday with very few exception so most orders placed before 3:00 will ship the same day.

I wrote to the Seller who didn't even acknowledge my correspondence. I certainly will NOT be ordering from them again! SO.......if you want to try this product wait until the fall or winter to order. They did mention it would come in perfect as they had a cooler pad in it but it did not work.
