It was not and I contacted them via messaging and they did not seem to care that it was listed incorrectly. I searched on ebay for this particular item manufactured in the USA and then it was actually listed by the seller as being manufactured in the USA. Believe it or not, people still care and try to support our country and small business first which is what I thought I was doing here. Photos below.
