  The packaging was terrible and there was extensive damage to the machine upon delivery and when I sent them pictures and told them about it they just told me to plug it in and see if it still works and then stopped responding

  Not worth buying 90% new. The 10% missing is the one that makes the whole pot work. Both pots that I got warm up but not enough. They don’t boil the water. Why? faulty electronics. These pots are returns and refunds that the company is trying to dump to other people and still make some money for it.

  Ad says peanut butter grinder . The instructions booklet says it does not support any moisture. If it won't work for making nut butter I don't want it . Please call me at 5175541699 to explain this to me!
