  Unfortunately, seller was unable to locate the figure due to an inventory error. Despite this, they were very honest and apologetic about it and even contacted the manufacturer to see if there was anything they could do. In the end, there was nothing that could be done and they issued me a full refund. So, error aside, fantastic communication and customer service. Would be happy to do business with them again in the future.
