  I've purchased many things from EBay, but this Seller is the most outstanding. Not only the items and careful packaging, but the communication and quick delivery, and even refunded some of the postage due to the size of the package (which I would never have known). Thanks again - I love them!

  This purse looked new but on arrival the handle straps were peeling, and it was obvious that the leather was peeling all over this purse. You could not tell from pictures however. This was a damaged purse that was sold before it looked very bad. Unfortunately it was not useable. I definitely was taken. Not pleased with the seller. Not a very nice thing to do.

  Buyer never contacted me directly about any issues with this handbag. I would have worked something out - usually request return with refund. It was shipped in new condition.
