  Unfortunately, the model delivered was defective. I decided to reach out to the seller to weigh our options. Seller’s response was rapid and gracious. They sent a replacement immediately! The condition was marked open box new and that's what I received even though it's a new item. High quality and great value. Outstanding service!   Great Seller, fast, free shipping. Would definitely buy from again. Well packaged, entire box was wrapped. Box was a bit beat up, but bought as an Open Box item, so to be expected. Filter is BIG, but what I needed. Installed in a few hours, leak free (my connections). As described -- New and undamaged, with owners manual. Good value, cheaper than my local pool stores

  Chair arrived safely and was well packaged. In brand new condition as described and works perfectly. Seller also contacted me prior to finalizing the purchase as the chair turned out to be a different color than shown in photos, and I appreciate that and still went through with the purchase. Excellent value too as price was much lower due to "Open Box but Unused." Thanks!!

  Excellent communication and prompt service! My package arrived with a few parts missing and a quick message to the seller had them on the way! I recieved my missing parts in 2 days, only 5 days after the original order. With most sellers I wouldn't have even recieved the first shipment in 5 days, let alone 2 seperate shipments
