  Item as described, only issue is the isolation grommets are really small (metric hardware), if you wish to change out the top binding post to install a better adjustment screw (not a fan of the nylon set screw), standard replacement grommets won't fit the frame without modification. Machine will run fine as shipped, but upgrading parts could be problematic. Over all, for the price it works. Really light weight machine.
